 Martin Kayser combines an active practice as a attorney with an academic career as a post-doctoral research fellow at the University of Zurich. He advises both government entities and private businesses on administrative procedure and judicial review of administrative acts. As a consultant lawyer for law firms he has worked on a variety of education and health service matters and also has substantial experience in general constitutional and administrative law. |

Before starting as an independent consultant, Martin Kayser was a visiting research scholar in London and Heidelberg. He holds a Master of Laws degree from University College London (LLM in Public Law 2006) and a doctorate from the University of Zurich (2000). He lectures and publishes extensively. |
